- Bungalow Controversy: Chadha also challenged a local court’s order regarding his government bungalow. He had initially been allocated a Type 6 bungalow but later requested a Type 7, which was allotted to him. However, the allotment was canceled, and Chadha deemed this decision arbitrary and unprecedented.
- Political Allegations: Chadha expressed concern that these actions, including his suspension, reflect an attempt by the BJP to target vocal Members of Parliament and interfere with their functions.
